Flor D'Amendoeira is the new gastronomic space at Quinta da Amendoeira, where tradition and creativity meet at the table. Created by chefs Nicole Reis and David Paredes, the restaurant celebrates the region's authentic flavours, using local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients — many of which are produced on the Quinta itself.
