For dinner, Flor D’Amendoeira presents a menu inspired by the flavours and traditions of the Alentejo, reinterpreted by chefs Hugo Bernardo and Janak Baniya. You may choose from our à la carte selection or indulge in our Moments Experience – a gastronomic journey designed by the chefs, guiding you through a personalised selection of dishes. Each proposal highlights regional and seasonal ingredients, many of them grown on our farm, reflecting the authenticity and rhythm of Alentejo’s natural landscape.
